Relaxation room with water beds

Our sauna area offers various possibilities to relax. We have a classic sauna, bio sauna, steam room and an infrared cabin. 

Classic finnish sauna 

Classic finnish sauna & Bio sauna

The classic sauna has a temperature of approximately 85° C with little humidity.

Bio sauna

Our bio sauna is heated to between 55-60° C.  In addition, essential oils with light steam is brought into the cabin. The humidity in the bio sauna is a bit higher at approximately 40 - 55%. This means that the length of stay is longer than in a classic sauna and spares your circulation.  

Steam room

Steam room & Infrared cabin

Our steam room offers air humidity of approximately 48° C to where it condenses on the skin. This makes you perceive the temperature as much higher. The steam room spares your circulation and relaxes the muscles. The essences stimulate circulation and airway. 

Infrared cabin

We use radiant heat in our infrared cabins. These are located on the back of the seating area.  The heat radiates directly on the body and has a penetrating effect through short-term infrared radiance. The surrounding temperature does not raise much but the heat on the body is at approximately 50 °C.
