The Grossarl ski area Grossarl-Dorfgastein offers you broad slopes for all levels of expertise. The ski area is comprised of 22 modern lifts and over 80 km of slopes. If that isn't enough, you are also able to use all the other ski areas in the Ski Amade region with your pass. There is a total of 860 km of slopes in Ski Amade and the following areas: 

• Salzburger Sportwelt
• Schladming Dachstein Tauern
• Gastein
• Hockkönig
• Grossarl valley

The ski bus is free of charge and transports you from Hotel Lammwirt directly to the mountain station in Grossarl.  Of course the bus will also bring you back to the hotel in the afternoon (~ 10 minutes). 

Two professional ski schools are available in Grossarl. Courses are available for various winter sports like skiing, carving, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. Children 3 and up can also take lessons at the kids ski school.
