Berg-Gesund

Keeping active in the summer
Rambling around with the pros: the Berg-Gesund activity programme

Take a breather, get in touch with nature, take in the vista. As an official member of Berg-Gesund, we offer our guests the opportunity to take part in the exclusive activity programme. And to top it all off, all activities and tours are completely free for all Lammwirt guests.

Whether you’re looking for an athletic challenge or taking it easy in the great outdoors: having an extraordinary mountain experience which treats all the senses is the main aim. Challenging mountain walks and climbing tours as well as leisurely hikes to scout out alpine flowers, yoga on the alpine pastures and paragliding are all included on the agenda here. And who will accompany you? Well, that’s obvious: our well-trained and competent hiking and state-certified mountain guides.

A special winter highlight
The Berg-Gesund activity programme in snow and ice

Slow down. Feel good. Actively experience: that’s winter in Grossarltal. The Hotel Lammwirt is a partner of Berg-Gesund. What does that mean exactly? You can take part in the winter programme’s wide variety of activities at absolutely no cost! Far away from the busy pistes, you can enjoy pristine nature and the tranquillity of the mountains on guided ski tours and snowshoe hikes with certified hiking and mountain guides.

Ice climbing with trained professionals requires you to give your best physical performance while ascending frozen waterfalls or tackling the ice climbing gardens – an adventure that will leave you feeling marvellous and that you will not forget. Crampons, ice axes and climbing harness are provided by the mountain guide for a fee.
